The Role

We are seeking an ANSOL Operator to join our production team. As an ANSOL Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our operations and customers by following company policies, safety procedures, and participating in safety meetings and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of operations and customers by following company policies and safety procedures.
• Load, deliver, and unload raw materials as required.
• Shunt empty and full tankers for receiving and shipping purposes.
• Load, deliver, and unload bulk and package products as required.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and shunt trucks.
• Work with the production team to ensure quality is maintained by consistently blending within specification.
• Maintain specification for product quality control and testing.
• Assist in the maintenance, servicing, and housekeeping of company facilities, vehicles, and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and small equipment operation.
• Ability to work both inside and outside the plant.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, attendance, and organizational skills.
