About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team at NZ Consulting Canada Inc. as a key member of our digital solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their website requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement website-related code, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and document website requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Design and create engaging website content, including graphics, databases, and animations, to meet client needs.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Regularly sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and movement.
Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Organized and efficient, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
