Position Overview: Production Operator

We are currently looking for a Production Operator to contribute to our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete necessary documentation to ensure product traceability
  • Notify Supervisors and Process Owners regarding quality concerns
  • Conduct daily quality inspections as required
  • Adhere to safe operating procedures at all times
  • Follow Job Safety Hazard Analysis, relevant health and safety regulations, and all plant safety protocols
  • Identify and address safety issues proactively
  • Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness
  • Assist in training new staff on safety and quality standards
  • Operate various machinery on the production floor, including Pilger Mills, Amtrex, and Polishers
  • Verify product quality against specifications
  • Achieve demanding productivity targets
  • Perform repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Keep pace with high-speed production demands

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts
  • Willingness to participate in an Emergency Response Team
  • Flexibility to work shifts as needed
  • Availability to work weekends if required

Selection Process:

Selected candidates will undergo testing and interviews.

The hourly wage for this position is expected to start at $36.83, with the base range influenced by local market conditions and individual qualifications. The total compensation package may also include additional elements such as annual cash incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
