Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, duty assignments, and inventory management to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommending replacement of machines as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
