Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the work of our night staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and assist with tasks as needed, demonstrating your ability to lead by example.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required, providing valuable insights into our hotel's operations.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to staff, ensuring that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain Operation of Computer Systems and Equipment: Ensure that our hotel's technology and equipment are functioning properly, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the procurement of necessary materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
