About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team at Al Shukran Groceries INC. As a retail butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
  • Grind meats and prepare special orders
Work Environment

As a retail butcher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
