We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
