Client RelationsNegotiate with clients for catering or use of our facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Customer ServiceParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our business.
Requirements- Industry Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of success in restaurant operations management.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail.
Education and ExperienceSecondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
