Salesforce Solution Architect

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce strategy and architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of changes.
  • Lead the development team to pilot, design, develop, test, and implement new Salesforce functionality with average to high complexity.
  • Conduct system integration between Salesforce, SAP, and other business applications.
  • Handle escalations for feature development to production, administration support of Salesforce environment, and tier-2 support to IT Support Staff.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior SFDC Architect in a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Experience with several full life-cycle Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Salesforce Community.
  • 5+ Salesforce Development experience (Apex and Visual Force).
  • Experience on Salesforce Lightning is a must.
  • Certifications - Administration, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Application & System Domain Architect, Certified Technical Architect.

Preferred Skills:

  • Related working experience in key business functional areas such as ERP, CRM, and SCM.
  • Experience with HTML, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, and CSS.
  • Experience with UML.
  • Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces.
