Mechanical Technician Job Description

KIRIN AIR SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing complex machinery, assisting in the inspection of mechanical installations and projects, and preparing design, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare design, drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct mechanical tests and analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Estimate costs and materials for mechanical projects and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Project Management: Supervise maintenance programs and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Equipment Testing: Test machines and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
