  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
    • Estimate food requirements and costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
    • Ensure that all food is presented attractively and is served hot.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Take all necessary steps to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illness.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
