You will collaborate with seasoned professionals in your unit and assist in formulating opinions and implementation strategies in line with your discipline's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address user requests for integrating their applications into the cloud environment.
  • Implement the team's methodologies and processes to support and advance the platform and services.
  • Ensure that modifications to ServiceNow (our IT service management platform) are transparent, sanctioned, and documented prior to execution.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational procedures.
  • Assist in establishing and executing objectives, solutions, and action plans.
  • Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and prepare pertinent documentation.
  • Participate in PI planning relevant to your area of expertise.
  • Act as a specialist in technology platform operations.

  • Experience with Git, Concourse, Terraform, Vault, Bash, Shell, and Python.
  • Understanding of IT service management processes (incident and change management).
  • Experience with Docker technology.
  • Expertise in the Azure cloud platform.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Availability for on-call support as needed.
