- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with colleagues and management.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Work setting: Restaurant.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
