Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Staff Auditor - Public to join our team in Edmonton. As a Staff Auditor - Public, you will be responsible for performing audits, expense procedures, and financial disclosures, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement expense procedures to optimize financial management
  • Prepare and review financial disclosures to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance
  • Experience with Caseware is an asset
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
