- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform inventory and ordering decisions
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting
