Job Summary

New GMF is seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organic farm, ensuring the highest quality of produce and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and quality of crops, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement sustainable farming practices, adhering to organic farming standards.
  • Collaborate with the farm team to achieve production goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in organic farming or a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40-45 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
