Job Title: Basketball Team Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Basketball Team Coach to join our team at the Chinese Sports & Recreation Association.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our basketball team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball coaching and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions for the basketball team
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, staff, and parents
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of team members during training and competition
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in basketball coaching
  • Strong knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and participate in physical activity
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of dedicated and passionate individuals. The work environment will be non-smoking, and the successful candidate will be required to work at various locations.
