Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our salon, including nail art, gel and acrylic nail extensions, and nail care.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to odours.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
