Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately input and process shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; accurate typing speed of 40+ WPM; attention to detail; ability to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Software and Systems: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers in general.
