About the Role

Rafat General Contracting is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Skilled Tradespersons: Work alongside experienced tradespeople to complete various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.
  • Perform Manual Labor: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, as well as clean and maintain construction sites.
  • Operate Equipment: Tend to and feed machines and equipment used in construction, such as cranes and excavators.
  • Ensure Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by cleaning up spills, removing debris, and directing traffic.
  • Meet Deadlines: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift heavy loads, work in fast-paced environments, and perform repetitive tasks.
