**Job Summary**

Thind Painting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
