You will coordinate the efforts of various departments while setting clear objectives for the organization.

Key Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Main Responsibilities:
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources efficiently
  • Develop and enforce organizational policies and programs
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations
  • Select and empower middle management
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls
  • Facilitate the social and labor market integration of newcomers and refugees
  • Provide guidance and support for Indigenous employees
  • Implement hiring practices that promote diversity, particularly for visible minorities
Job Details:
  • This is a permanent position
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
