About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shop Helper to join our dynamic team at Marcon Metal Fab, Inc. in Delta's Tilbury Park. As a Shop Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fabrication facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the shop and yard areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operate power and air tools to clean steel and prepare materials for fabrication.
  • Pack and prepare jobs for shipping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience working with power and air tools, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
  • Basic English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Forklift experience is an asset, as is overhead crane experience.
