Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Partap Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our services and attract new clients.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts with clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our business services, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Craft and edit press releases, newsletter articles, and other communications materials to effectively communicate our services to the public.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our services.
  • Initiate and Maintain Media Contact: Establish and maintain contact with the media to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to support our marketing efforts.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
