Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at KINGSGUARD SECURITY INC.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that they are handled and stored safely.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management and clients.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that the security team has everything they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that the security team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work under pressure.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility.

- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
