About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing global remuneration policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive remuneration policies and programs to ensure sound governance and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and management on global remuneration matters, including compensation planning, salary administration, and benefits management.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including variable pay programs and cost analyses.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine the company's competitive position and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to management, HR stakeholders, and employees on remuneration-related topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials and remuneration training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with innovative global remuneration practices and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our compensation programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in global remuneration.
  • Proven expertise in compensation design, implementation, and management, including salary structures, variable pay plans, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with integrated HR systems, such as SAP/SuccessFactors, is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
