Caregiver for Elderly and Persons with Alzheimer's

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Naamat Abougouche. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including elderly individuals and those with Alzheimer's disease.
Responsibilities- Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Assist clients with medication administration, as required.
- Monitor clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience working with elderly individuals and those with Alzheimer's disease.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
