Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Manager to join our team at ACUBE IMPEX LTD. as an Operations Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, including equipment maintenance and replacement recommendations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train employees on new equipment and production techniques.
  • Departmental Budgeting: Plan and manage departmental budgets, including capital expenditures.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in food production management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
