Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Aviva Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Business Partnering team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving Business Performance: Ensure all business decisions are supported by high-quality financial analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Cost Management: Establish and implement a framework to drive expense management discipline and focus within the business.
  • Relationship Management: Align FP&A with other adjacent functions and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
  • Strategic Management: Ensure accurate financial assumptions in corporate and business unit strategic planning processes.
  • Performance Measurement and Management Control: Understand key financial and operational drivers of performance and support the development of appropriate efficiency metrics.
Requirements:
  • Behavioral/Leadership Requirements: Has a can–do–will–do approach to deliver consistently high performance.
  • Leading Information: Collects and analyzes information and ideas relevant to commercial success.
