Bunzl Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail customers while supporting our warehouse team in maintaining the highest standards in outbound shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail customers with their inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer inbound calls from multiple locations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter orders via email, phone, or fax and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct cash balancing and restocking duties to maintain a tidy retail area.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including picking orders and preparing shipping documents.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist other departments and divisions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience is preferred.
  • 2 years of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
  • Retail or call center customer service experience is an asset.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift, reach truck, or order picker is required.
  • Must own a personal vehicle for the commute.
  • WHMIS and TDG training is an asset.
  • Must have strong English comprehension and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work at a height of up to 21 feet above the ground with provided safety equipment and training.
  • Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work well alone and with a team with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of lifting 30lbs.
