Job Title: Attendant for Persons with Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Attendant for Persons with Disabilities at SUIZHI HOME.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity. This is a temporary, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and menus
  • Collect specimens and perform other medical-related tasks
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as needed
