Your Opportunity
Our Toronto office is seeking a highly skilled Banking Administrator to join our Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing all banking and accounting functions for corporate insolvency and restructuring estates
- Liaising with internal staff and banking partners to ensure seamless execution of banking functions
- Managing cash receipt and disbursement functions, including daily deposits, wire receipts, postings, and documentation
- Performing internal accounting and bookkeeping functions, including monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assisting with the preparation of dividend packages and mailings to debtors and creditors
What We're Looking For

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Computer and technology savvy
- Prior insolvency experience and knowledge of Ascend are assets, but not required
