Position Overview: We are currently in search of a driven and proactive attorney to enhance our Estates Team in Waterloo. This role offers the chance to engage with a broad spectrum of matters related to wills and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bring a minimum of 4+ years of pertinent experience from a respected Canadian law firm, focusing on wills, estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation (experience in other litigation areas is a plus).
  2. Maintain good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  3. Excel in a collaborative team setting.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
  5. Exhibit strong technical, drafting, and client communication abilities.
