Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Glenwood Pizza & Pasta Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Train and Develop StaffProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering and inventory of all food and supplies, and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in our kitchen, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Manage Budget and Cost EstimatesPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of kitchen operations, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
LanguageFluent in English
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Personal SuitabilityTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
