About the Role

The Toronto Catholic District School Board is seeking a skilled Communications Technology Teacher to join our team. As a Communications Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students in grades 9-12 about digital media, communication, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Communications Technology courses
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
  • Ontario College of Teachers certification
  • Qualifications in Communications Technology, Grades 9 & 10 and/or Communications Technology, Grades 11 & 12
  • Practicum reports for teacher evaluations
  • Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources
  • Two (2) Associate/Host Teacher references
