Heritage Co-op is seeking a skilled Meat Clerk/Meat Cutter to join our team at our Food Store in Brandon, Manitoba.

Job Summary:

The Meat Clerk/Meat Cutter will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest service, packaging and pricing cuts of meat, poultry and seafood, and maintaining department cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class Guest service and communication skills
  • Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Meat Manager and other Team Members
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Align with our core Values of Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility
