About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Corinex Communications Corp. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Representation and Negotiation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
    • Negotiate business contracts
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews
  • Financial Management
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Market Development
    • Identify potential markets
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of more than 20 people
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP BI BusinessObjects
