We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Third-Party Risk Management Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of third-party risks and incidents, and will play a key role in maintaining the bank's risk appetite and risk culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective third-party risk management strategies and procedures
- Lead the investigation and resolution of third-party incidents and issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives
- Provide expert advice and counsel on third-party risk management to senior management and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
- Manage and report on third-party risk metrics and key performance indicators
- 6+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third-party risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
