We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to contribute to our dynamic Lead-to-Cash team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to implement impactful project solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to grasp their business needs, defining requirements, and guiding the team through the design, development, quality assurance, and deployment phases of their solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence our best-in-class team while working alongside talented colleagues, engaging with exciting clients, and collaborating closely with our Salesforce and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their sales processes.
- Oversee architecture and ensure the implementation of top-tier CPQ and Sales Cloud configurations.
- Utilize Salesforce's point-and-click tools, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows, to configure solutions.
- Leverage the Salesforce Platform to develop scalable solutions that meet client needs.
- Work in partnership with our Artificial Intelligence team to design innovative Salesforce solutions for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for project delivery.
- Engage directly with Salesforce to explore new solution possibilities.
- Assist our Pre-Sales team by providing industry insights, demonstrations, and support during deal execution.
- Develop thought leadership content that enhances the NeuraFlash brand within the Sales Transformations sector.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and major releases to quickly acquire new technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project experience.
- At least 10 successful implementations of Salesforce CPQ or Sales Cloud.
- Over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, with experience addressing complex use cases utilizing the Salesforce Platform.
- Proven experience in building Salesforce CPQ package elements, Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and other Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management, Discovery and Design, and delivering solution options to clients.
- Strong grasp of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Open-minded and adaptable to change.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly in CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant.
