Business Planning Specialist

Moe Pinty Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.
- Leadership Development: Identify and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the company's continued growth and success.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Human Resources Planning: Develop and implement human resources plans that support the company's business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in business planning or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Business Planning Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
