Requirements

  • A terminal degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in higher education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups.
  • A commitment to the mission and values of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience.
