- Facilitate diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive work environment for newcomers and refugees
- Implement awareness training for employees to promote a welcoming atmosphere for youth
- Provide cultural competency and awareness training to all staff to ensure a supportive environment for Indigenous workers
