Job Title: Quality Assurance Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at mtl's aerostructure. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance programs, conducting work measurements, and collecting and analyzing data.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct work measurements to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform quality decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports to support quality initiatives.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
