About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Legault Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales strategies;
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales and customer engagement;
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives;
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity;
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or sales environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field an asset;
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal);
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
