Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Captain to lead the safe and efficient operation of our Challenger 3500 aircraft. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers on-board and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Manage flight operations and crew scheduling;
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Valid Canadian ATPL License;
  • 3500 hours total flying time;
  • 1500 hours jet time;
  • 1500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC);
  • Type rating preferred;
  • Highly experienced Captain;
  • Prior Challenger 3500 experience an asset;
  • Valid Class 1 Medical;
  • International flying experience required;
  • Customer service-oriented, respectful to others and with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
