Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and productionizing AI services and capabilities that help other teams advance their services for students and recruitment partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and productionize new machine learning models
  • Build and document APIs
  • Improve the machine learning development and deployment pipeline
  • Maintain existing machine learning models
  • Perform statistical analysis
  • Collaborate with DevOps on ML Ops
  • Build internal demos and dashboards of our products to gather feedback from different departments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or back-end engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in productionizing machine learning systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and working with LLM services is an asset
  • Experience with Python, specifically with frameworks like FastAPI and Flask, and libraries used in Natural Language Processing
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries
  • Experience with development and deployment on AWS SageMaker
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Driven, passionate, and creative, with a strong work ethic
  • AWS Machine Learning Specialty Certificate
  • Data Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, New Relic
