We are seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to join our team at River View Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry facilities and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate laundry operations to meet the needs of our hotel guests and staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Train and supervise laundry staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and control laundry supplies and materials to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of laundry services.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hotel, motel, resort setting.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language required.
