Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of network projects, providing technical leadership to the team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions to support business operations.
  • Responsible for safeguarding our organization's computer systems and networks from security breaches, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead network architecture planning, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security measures are in place.
  • Conduct regular network performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Mentor and train junior network engineers to enhance team capabilities.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for network improvements.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of network architecture design and/or solution engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of network design or administration involving cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
  • 2+ years of scripting or coding experience with one or more languages.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience in large/complex IT architecture environments.
  • 4-year degree in IT-related course of study.
  • Preferred Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc.).
