Opportunity #1: Lab Assistant, Nursing Foundations

Join our team as a lab assistant for NURS 1202 Nursing Foundations 1. This course introduces students to foundational nursing skills and is delivered in classroom and lab settings. As a lab assistant, you will work alongside the lead instructor to help students learn and develop foundational skills.

Opportunity #2: Clinical Instructor, Clinical 2 Medical/Surgical

We are seeking experienced RNs or LPNs to provide clinical instruction and supervision to students in acute care. This opportunity offers an introduction to experiential learning, simulation, skill development, mentorship, and course delivery. Clinical runs weekdays during the day.

The ideal candidates for these opportunities will have a baccalaureate or a Master's degree in nursing; registration or are eligible for registration with Yukon Registered Nurses Association; OR are licensed as a Practical Nurse in Yukon or are eligible to be licensed as a Practical Nurse in Yukon. Previous instructional experience is an asset but not essential. Experience working in diverse settings, including community care, long-term care, and acute care is preferred. A valid Yukon Driver's license is a requirement.
