Insidart Painting Corp. is seeking a skilled Residential Renovation Contractor to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing residential renovation projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on renovation options.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and train junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in residential renovation or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to perform site visits and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- On-the-road job, with frequent site visits and travel required.
- Temporary work arrangement, with variable hours and schedules.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 10 to 40 hours per week.
